The Broome County NY Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors was started by Rick Kie of Accredited Home Inspectors to promote the need for Home Inspections in the real estate transaction.

 

Two many home owners are puchasing their homes without a home inspection and fall into the money pit with repairs on homes that have years of neglected.

 

In our current housing crisis there are less houses being sold, some Realtors are to worried about "losing the sale" and don't inform their clients of the need to to get an inspection.

 

We are here to educate our customers on their homes and help guide them on the biggest investment they are going to make (Home Ownership).
