Greetings and Welcome!

Welcome to the Inter-National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (i-NACHI), National "On-Line"  Chaper Website.

This site was created in an effort to assist Home Inspection Professionals along with Real Estate Professionals, Home Buyer's/Seller's and other interested parties in the areas of Technology, Education, and current events concerning the Home Inspection Profession.

Founded in 2004 by Mr. John Bowman, Past Executive Director of NACHI. It was established with a vision of building a Chapter that is committed to broaden the understanding of our industry, to improve procedures, and to upgrade the level of technical and business performance of our members.
 
As members of this Chapter, we recognize our obligations under the i-NACHI Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and agree to strive for the highest attainable standards in service and education while always providing honest value to our customers.  We pledge ourselves to competence, honesty and integrity.

We encourage all Home Inspection Professionals and other interested professionals to use this site and offerings.   There are no dues required to be a member of this Chapter and the administrative fee has been aboloshed as of 1 January 2008.  So in a nut-shell - IT'S FREE TO JOIN.   Anyone can join it is not exclusive to i-NACHI members.  We believe in the value of sharing ideas and information without imposing costs on the members. This sets us apart from many others.
