Mr. Woodrow (Woody) Miller, owner of Grace Contracting will give us some insight on inspecting structural items built of concrete and masonry, including basement walls, slab floors and retaining walls. Woody has many years in the masonry field. He brings a unique perspective to the subject since he is not just a contractor who bids out the work, he actually gets down and dirty doing the work. In addition, he is also very familiar with the Home Inspection Profession and our SOP.
