Mr. Jeff Relyea of All Season Construction will describe a system developed by a partnership between a home builder and Corning.
The builder was fed up with wet or damp basement and crawl space environments and systems that did not work, or created other issues for clients.
This system is applicable to new or existing construction and is touted as a real water proofing system, applied from the exterior of the structure.
Additionally, unlike other concepts, this system will not set up a mold conducive environment!
Perhaps this may, finally, be the system that we, as Home Inspectors, can be comfortable suggesting to Clients with wet basements or crawl spaces.
