Mr. Mark Kiburz of IGH Environmental will present some guidlines we, as Home Inspectors, can use when our Client asks or says things like, "I'm want to build a shop there, can I", or, "With the new garage I am going to put the driveway there". (Ooops - "there" is a wetland). Did you ever get this type of comment - "I'm going to live here and subdivide the rest of the property - whaddya think of that?" (Sorry Charlie, better get an enviro specialist. SPEEDE rules here.)
 
We aren't going to become that enviro - specialist, but at least we can intelligently guide our Client in the right direction if we have some knowledge of the rules of the game.
